Deleting your account

From the app

Open Profile and tap “Delete account”. Confirm — the account and everything in it are removed immediately.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, write to [email protected] from the address your account uses. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What gets deleted

Your account, marked places, cities and countries, trips, flights, ground journeys, notes, ratings and uploaded photos. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Reference data about places themselves (names, coordinates, borders) is shared with other travellers and stays in the catalogue.
